1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We plan to expand to additional regions in the future. If we do begin shipping outside the UK, international customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  1. Carriers & Methods

We work with trusted shipping partners including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL.

We are currently offering standard delivery services. Express/next-day delivery options will be introduced in the near future.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Flat rate shipping applies to smaller, low-weight products.
  • Weight/distance-based shipping applies to larger or heavier products.
  • Free shipping may be available on select items.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  1. Processing & Delivery Times

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Times:
    • Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    • Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., forged wheels, body kits) may take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
    • Some items which reside in overseas warehouses typically take 10–15 working days after dispatch.
  • Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off will be processed the next business day.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, peak seasons, holidays).
  1. Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us with a tracking number. We support tracking package status.

  1. After Sales Service

We will send out the package after checking that the product is in good condition. If you find the product is damaged due to problems during transportation after receiving the package, please contact us within 24hrs after the package is delivered. You must record an unboxing video and provide pictures that can reflect the problem for us to confirm and deal with.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  1. Peak Seasons & Delays

During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Bank Holidays), order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing orders early during these times.
